After training and completing a half marathon I was still disappointed with my results on the scale and with the measuring tape.  Feeling that my hard work deserved better, I decided to take a closer look at my nutrition and found Alison and Lifewise.

 

While I was surprised to hear her first assessment ‘You need to eat more food’ I decided it was worth a try, I’d already tried other ‘plans’ and ‘diets’ with little success.

 

The Good – Alison develops meal plans that include the things you like to eat.  No supplements or magic beans that you need to buy.

The Bad – You may not get to eat poutine as much anymore…but you already knew that 😉
